This offer is always subject to valuation of the property and the financial status of the client. A valuation of the property will be undertaken by a specialized agent employed by the bank and will cost in the region of 300 Euros.
Upon receipt of the valuation and a positive assessment of the client position, the bank will be able to make a mortgage offer. On certain occasions the given value surpasses the actual sale price of the property allowing banks to offer finance above 80% of the property value, sometimes up to 100%.
